Shipping policy

All items are shipped through USPS and are sent 2-3 days after purchase with exception to custom orders which are sent when work is completed (usually 2-4 weeks from purchase). All free shipping is sent by regular mail. If a customer wishes to use expedited shipping they will be charged according to the location and weight of the package. We will provide the customer with tracking for every shipment. 

Please check the tracking information first if you do not receive the package when it is due and then contact us if any assistance is needed in resolving the issue.
