Refund policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, please be sure to include the RA# we provided you for the exchange on the box.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any damages that occur within 30 days of purchase due to construction quality will be repaired if possible at no cost, if repair is not possible customer will be given credit. Any item damaged due to customer care will be repaired if possible at the customers cost.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged such as discounted/ clearance items, custom products (special orders or personalized items) and gift cards.
